An Ontonagon county man is in jail on felonious assault and domestic violence charges.
Michigan State Police from the Wakefield post say the suspect is a 65–year–old man from Ewen.
His name isn’t available because he has not been arraigned yet in 98th District Court.
He’s expected to be arraigned later this morning.
The incident happened shortly after 3 Monday afternoon in Ewen.
Police arrested the man after he allegedly pointed a handgun at his wife during a domestic disturbance.
They seized a shotgun, two rifles and a handgun.
The man is in the Ontonagon County Jail on $50,000 bond on the felonious assault charge and $500 bond on the domestic violence charge.
