Sandy creates U.P. weather effects
Upper Michigan is feeling some of the effects of the Super Storm Sandy that is creating havoc on the east coast of the U. S. Most of the U. P. can expect today to be cloudy with strong and gusty winds -Winds N at 25 to 30 mph. Temperatures are forecast in the mid to upper 30s. Details tonight on ABC 10 News Now.
