Ishpeming, Negaunee to renew rivalry

Every year, fans of both Ishpeming and Negaunee always have a certain game circled on their schedule- that game is when the Hematites and Miners play each other.

This years game has a little bit more meaning to it, as both teams currently sit undefeated at 6-0. Because the Hematites and Miners are in different divisions when the playoffs roll around, so tomorrows game will be their only meeting this season.

Besides bragging rights, the drivers seat in the Mid Peninsula Conference is also on the line.

Friday night’s game will be played at Negaunee. Kickoff is set for 7:30 P.M.
