Man arrested in Delta County
One man is in Delta County Jail pending charges of providing alcohol and a controlled substance to minors.
Gladstone Public Safety Officers received a complaint of a 59-year-old man providing these items to minors.
On Friday, September 28, a search warrant was executed at a home located on the 600 block of Michigan Avenue in Gladstone.
During the investigation, officers learned that the suspect was providing alcohol and a controlled substance to minors between the ages of 11 and 16. The suspect was taken into custody.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Department and the Michigan State Police assisted at the scene.
The name of the suspect is being withheld pending arraignment on Monday morning.
