Over the past six weeks, I have been working out in the “On Ramp Program” at Crossfit 906 preparing for the Mud Plunge 5K.
The “On Ramp Program” gets your body ready to do the regular workouts (called Workout of the Day or W.O.D.) that members of the gym take part in.
Every workout is different- the workouts are not long- but they are intense.
A workout can vary from focusing on your arms, legs, and even your core.
I am crossing my fingers that the last six weeks of preparation allow me to finish the Mud Plunge in under a half hour.
A WORKOUT CAN VARY FROM FOCUSING ON YOUR ARMS, YOUR LEGS, AND EVEN YOUR CORE.
AND I AM CROSSING MY FINGERS THAT THE LAST 6 WEEKS OF PREPARATION ALLOW ME TO FINISH THE MUD PLUNGE TOMORROW IN UNDER A HALF HOUR.
