Arrest made in case of Missing Woman
A suspect is in custody, on a $1 million dollar bond, in connection to the disappearance and death of a Bessemer woman.
The Gogebic County Sheriff’s Department and the Michigan State Police arrested a 50-year-old Bessemer man at about 8:00 p.m. Wednesday. Officials say he was arrested for the homicide and disappearance of 79-year-old Ethel Grzena–Peters.
Grzena–Peters was reported missing on August 3rd, and her body was found August 14th.
The name of the suspect is not being released at this time.
