Music in the Park: Karaoke Style
The Music in the Park Series at the Presque Isle Park Band Shell in Marquette continued Friday night. This time, the performers are apart of a national competition.
Talent quest is a national karaoke competition that is held yearly at different venues all around the United States. Top finishers from each of the local competitions advance to a regional competition. From there, the top performers across the U.S. compete for a national championship.
The top singers from the Upper Michigan venues showed off their talents tonight.
There are four categories in the competition: male pop, female pop, male country, and female country.
