The Marquette County man charged with killing a woman with his pickup truck last month was in court today.
50-year-old Richard Jordan of Ely Township waived his right to a preliminary exam in Marquette District Court.
He has now been bound over to Circuit Court.
Jordan is charged with operating with a suspended, revoked or denied license causing death.
The charge is a 15-year felony and/or $2,500 to $10,000 fine.
64-year-old Linda Vanginkel of National Mine died a day after the July 19th incident.
It happened on Third Street in Ishpeming near the National Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame and Museum.
Jordan is in the Marquette County Jail on $100,000 bond.
