Northern Michigan Football Camp Information

MARQUETTE, Mich.- The Northern Michigan University football team will hold its 2012 Youth Football Camp on July 30-Aug. 1 at the NMU practice football fields behind the Superior Dome. The camp is for grades K-8 and is $50 per athlete. The camp runs from 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. each night.
Campers will be instructed in all phases of football. The camp will be
divided into four age groups to ensure proper instruction at each learning
level of the camper. Older campers will work on skills, drills, and team
competitions. Younger campers will compete in fun relay races, obstacle
courses, and games. Specific focus will be put on competition,
sportsmanship, learning skills, fundamentals, and teamwork. Each camper is
guaranteed a memorable and positive camp experience. This is a non-contact
camp.
Check-in is at 6 p.m. on July 30. Athletes should bring running shoes,
football shoes, weather appropriate clothes and a water bottle. Complete
registration form with payment and mail it in. Walk up registration is
