Police Charge B&E Suspect
25–year–old Philip Edwin Provost of Lake Linden appeared in 97th District Court today.
He was charged with breaking and entering a building with intent.
That is a ten year felony.
His bond was set at $10,000.
Provost is accused of breaking into Morty’s Gas Station on M–26 early Friday morning.
He is also suspected in the break–in of the Loading Zone Restaurant across the street.
Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
A preliminary exam is scheduled in two weeks.
