An elderly woman who drowned this morning in Lake Superior has been identified.
Michigan State Police say the body of 89–year–old Rose Mary Marshall of Grand Marais was found near the pier in Grand Marais.
State troopers from the Munising Detachment received a call about what was at that time a possible drowning shortly after 8 am.
