Two hurt in hit and run accident
Marquette Police are looking for witnesses and information related to a hit and run accident in which two people were injured Wednesday night.
It happened at approximately 10:28 p.m. at the intersection of South Front Street and Genesee Street.
Upon investigation at the scene, officers determined that a 42 year-old Marquette woman and a 39 year-old Marquette man were hit by a vehicle while crossing the intersection.
Both victims were transported to Marquette General Hospital.
