Marquette Food Festival

As part of the annual Independence Day celebrations in Marquette, Elwood Mattson Lower Harbor Park is home again to the annual Rotary International Food Festival.
Crews applied the finishing touches today as they set up for the festival.
Over the next three days, the Lower Harbor will be ground zero for 4th of July fun.
Geno Angeli, a member of the Marquette Exchange Club, says the festival isn’t just about celebrating our nation’s birthday – it’s also the club’s major fundraiser for the year.
He says the group expects to raise about $30,000, which it will distribute to local charities throughout the year.
The Food Fest starts tomorrow and last through Thursday.
