VA Medical Center to hold Open House Thursday
IRON MOUNTAIN – The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Michigan, will be hosting an open house for its new Outpatient Clinic Thursday, June 21 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Veterans, their families and the general public are welcome to come for a tour, information on VA health care services and benefits, and refreshments.
“We are inviting the public to come and see what the VA Medical Center in their community is all about and why we are a leader in providing rural health care,” said Brad Nelson, spokesman for the medical center.
The tour will include a new women’s wellness clinic and expanded telehealth services.
“Even if you are not a Veteran, you may know a Veteran that could benefit from the information we are providing,” said Nelson.
