Hiawatha Twp. Break-In Follow-Up
The Michigan State Police from the Manistique Detachment have new information about a break-in Hiawatha Township.
They say it happened at a home on Riverview Drive at 3 am Friday.
A large amount of cash was stolen, along with the ATM and debit card of the homeowners and other personal items.
At about 3:30, shortly after the break–in, the thief or thieves tried to use the stolen ATM card at Manistique Federal Credit Union and Wells Fargo.
The victims’ family has set up a $1,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the arrest of the suspect or suspects.
