2013 budget set for Jacobetti Home
The FY2013 Budget for the D.J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans in Marquette has been released. The budget is for the fiscal year ending September 20, 2013.
The budget includes $516,000 for capital improvements. The planned improvements include updating and enhancing an enclosed, outdoor courtyard to make it more accessible and usable by the residents; replacing 45+ year old air-handling units and A/C condensers; installing outdoor security cameras; replacing the oldest roof on the south wing of the building; and making improvements to the main entrance, chapel entrance and the west entrance.
The total operating budget for the Home in FY2013 will be $18,095,700 and
includes an increase of State General Funds of $97,200 to cover economic increases in basic expenses.
