Gwinn Woman Sentenced on Meth Charge

A Gwinn woman will serve jail time after entering a guilty plea to meth charges last month.
36–year–old Dawn Marie Pegg was sentenced today for operating and maintaining a meth lab at a home on Dart Street at Sawyer.
She will serve 11 months in jail and 24 months on probation.
A co–defendant, 30–year–old Branden Jutila, has had a sentencing delay.
Both Jutila and Pegg were also facing two counts of operating a meth lab in the presence of a minor.
Two small children who were in the home at the time of the arrests were turned over to Marquette County Child Protective Services.
