Motions Hearing for Bomb Threat Suspect

A 17-year-old Menominee High School student was back in court today after being charged with making a bomb threat on Valentine’s Day.
The Menominee County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Justin Klingaman with making a false report of a bomb threat.
During a pre-trial hearing today, the defense filed a motion to have Klingaman examined for criminal responsibility.
The threat was found in a ladies’ restroom at the school on February 14th.
In that incident, students were evacuated from Menominee Junior and Senior High Schools.
Bomb dogs were brought in from Escanaba Public Safety and the Brown County, Wisconsin Sheriff’s Department.
She will be back in court on July 30th.
