Mobile Meth Lab Components in St. Ignace

State Police from the St. Ignace Post made an unexpected discovery during a traffic stop Sunday night.
They say they found the components of a meth lab.
The stop took place at about 9 Sunday night on I-75 North in St. Ignace, just before the intersection with US-2.
Police say there were two people in the vehicle, a couple from downstate Middleville.
They’re being held in the Mackinac County Jail pending arraignment.
State Police say the scene of the traffic stop wasn’t completely cleaned up until about 8 this morning.
