Weekend Thunderstorms, Rain & Hail
A band of strong thunderstorms Sunday evening helped bring a little precipitation to Upper Michigan.
Marquette had about seven-tenths of an inch, some of which fell in the form of marble-sized hail.
Some parts of the U.P. received less than a tenth of an inch, such as the Iron Mountain and Seney areas.
The Pelkie, Kenton and Covington areas had more than an inch of rain.
