Warm sunny days seem to create a need for spring cleaning.
The 2nd annual Cliffs household hazardous collection is on day two of collecting and is already in full swing.
For the remainder of the week Cliffs is giving their employees a chance to drop off any waste materials they may have around their house, garage or yard.
The idea behind it is to continue to promote environmental awareness.
Last year, the week long event had more than 68,000 of waste turned in along with 1,600.
So far this week they have collected over 1,400.
