Local Inventor Asked to Audition for 'Shark Tank'
A local inventor and entrepreneur is trying to work his way onto a reality TV show that you can see right here on ABC 10.
Dave Beaudette of Gwinn invented the Koozielight, an illuminated drink cooler.
Last night, we reported on this website that he won a U.P. business plan competition called The Edge.
The producers of the ABC series Shark Tank recently emailed Dave to invite him to audition.
This afternoon, he was in Marquette, getting his audition video for the show put together.
If the producers like his video, he may be going to Los Angeles in late June to appear on the show.
As that time gets closer, we’ll continue to follow what Dave is up to.
