Forsyth Twp. Assault Follow-Up
A neighbor helped police take an assault suspect into custody in Forsyth Township over the weekend.
32-year-old Corey LeMieux was arrested on domestic violence, third offense, among other charges.
The Forsyth Township Police say the incident happened on Koski Lane Friday evening.
When the officer confronted the suspect, a struggle took place.
A neighbor helped the officer restrain the suspect.
A 70-year-old woman was sent to Marquette General Hospital.
A male victim did not require medical assistance.
LeMieux is a relative of the two victims.
He’ll be back in court on the charges may 14th.
