Day 3 of Levack Trial
It’s day three of the David Levack murder trial in Iron County.
The prosecution is continuing to call witnesses in the case.
45–year–old David Levack of Kingsford is charged with open murder, felony murder, first–degree home invasion and witness intimidation.
The charges come from the death of 81–year–old Joyce Johnson of Stambaugh Township.
Johnson was found strangled in her home last September, on the same day that she was scheduled to testify in court against Levack about the theft of jewelry from her home in 2008.
