President Wong Gives NMU Update
Northern Michigan University President Les Wong gave the student body and the community an update today.
The university forum included updates on the current active academic reviews, the branding study, higher education funding proposals, and other spring and summer university projects.
President Wong said the university is headed in the right direction, with a few major changes on the way.
In addition to improving the appearance of the campus, another goal is to improve overall communication at the university.
President Wong is looking into holding more mini–forums on campus, or even hosting his own question and answer radio show.
