Great Lakes Showcase Winners Announced
The award winners for the 2012 Great Lakes Showcase at the Rozsa Center are now known.
Over $2,000 worth of awards were given out this year to honor outstanding work in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional categories.
In the 3D category, the Best In Show award winner was Susanne Kilpela along with third place, with first place going to Jess Kane, and second place to Wayne Walma and Pamela Beal.
G. Tim Flannery won Best of Show in the 2D category. First place went to Steven Hughes, 2nd place to Darrin Moir, and Thomas Co was third.
The Community Choice Award is still up for grabs as the show is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm through March 30th. Gallery visitors are invited to vote for their favorite work. The winner will be announced after the show closes.
