Marquette County Relay For Life Kick-off Banquet
A non–profit group that inspires community members to take action had their kick-off banquet tonight with a few new changes to announce.
Relay For Life of Marquette County will officially be the only relay site in the Upper Peninsula permitted to hold registration for the third step of a cancer prevention study.
The relay for life kick–off party for CPS-3 will be held on April 10th at Marquette General Hospital. This is a research opportunity that is just another reason people choose to participate in relay.
Five hundred and twenty communities, 12 of which are in the U.P., and 1,000 other communities worldwide participate in Relay For Life each year.
