Gwinn Man in Court
A Gwinn man has entered a plea on charges that stem from escaping from police custody.
27 year old Troy Luoma was in 96th District Court in marquette county.
He turned himself in two weeks ago after escaping from a deputy and being on the run for five days.
Luoma plead guilty to escape from lawful custody and prosecutors dropped a felony count of resisting and obstructing a police officer.
The charges stem from an incident January 26th.
