Man Arrested for Criminal Sexual Conduct
A 23 year old Marquette County man faces charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. Troopers from the Negaunee post of the Michigan State Police say the charges stem from an incident on Tuesday.
Dontrell Davon Brown of Gwinn was arrested Wednesday night. Brown’s girlfriend called police to report that she saw him sexually molesting her 11 year old daughter in their home on Tuesday.
He is charged with five felony counts of 1st degree criminal CSC.
Brown was arraigned in 96th district court this afternoon.
His preliminary exam date is set for February 9th. Bond was set at $500,000 cash. Brown remains in custody at the Marquette County Jail.
1st degree CSC is punishable by up to life in prison.
