Lucy Hill Opens
Luge season has finally arrived in Upper Michigan and whether you’re an avid slider or looking to try one of the area’s most unique winter sporting activities for the first time, Lucy Hill is open for business.
The natural luge track located in Negaunee has been a u–p staple for the last 23 years.
The upper peninsula luge club provides all you’ll need to hit the icy track including a sled, helmet, shoes and plenty of instruction.
Each Friday is family fun night.
From 6 to 8 p–m families with children 18 and under can slide for free.
And on Saturdays the track is open to the public from noon until four.
