Local Businesses Boom using E-Commerce
Two local businesses were highlighted tonight for their success not only within the community but across the nation.
Getz’s Clothiers has been an institution in the Marquette County community since the mid–1880’s.
Throughout the years the company has also become one of the area’s most progressive businesses, booming in E–commerce.
Vice President of Marketing John Spigarelli says “One of the best things about this community is that it’s so well wired.”
Spigarelli was instrumental in creating numerous new full and part time positions at Getz’s.
He says having a good plan is instrumental when growing your business but there is also one other important factor.
“Going in with the mindset that is not just about the money, it’s about growing jobs and helping the community.”
Marquette Business Quick Trophy, LLC and Company President Terry Dehring was also featured.
The Marquette County Economic Club meets once a month and hosts many distinguished speakers.
