Hair Salon & Spa Expands
A local business has done something that many small businesses have not been able to do during the recent economic troubles that have affected businesses nationwide — it’s been able to expand.
Today was the re–grand opening for Utopia Tanning, Hair and Skin Care Spa.
Utopia co-owner Elaine Hewitt says that after experiencing an increase in demand, the business added some new services to its menu.
It has a new hairstylist, two new tanning beds and a new Hydration Station.
Tanning isn’t just for ladies, either.
Hewitt says 30% of the people coming in to use their tanning beds are men.
