The ABC 10 “Button Up the U.P.” coat drive is zipping up.
Tomorrow is the last day to drop off coats to help out some of the area’s needy families who are in need of winter coats.
“Button Up the U.P.” is a coat drive that the Radio Results Network and the Mining Journal are helping us promote.
Coats are being collected at Marquette Mountain — you can drop off new or gently used coats at the collection box there.
As an added bonus, you’ll get $10 off the cost of a lift ticket.
The “Button Up” campaign continues through tomorrow, when the St. Vincent de Paul Society will distribute the coats to needy families.
