Woman Arrested After Rollover Accident in Negaunee
An Ishpeming woman is lodged in the Marquette County Jail tonight after a rollover accident this afternoon.
Officers with the Negaunee City Police responded to a single vehicle rollover on East Maas Street in Negaunee.
The lone occupant a 35 year old Ishpeming woman was trapped inside.
She was assisted out of the vehicle by personnel from Marquette County Rescue 131 and the Negaunee Township Fire Department.
Mediride EMS transported her to Marquette General Hospital for minor injuries.
Upon her release from MGH she was arrested for operating while on suspended license.
Alcohol and Speed were factors in the accident.
