December 19th Deadline for Insurance Firm
The Iron Mountain insurance agency that had its license suspended has until December 19th to appeal.
If it doesn’t appeal, its license will be revoked permanently.
Erickson and Associates, and insurance agent Edward Erickson, had their licenses suspended last week.
State regulators found that from last December through March of this year, the agency was pocketing the money from customers’ premiums instead of paying for their policies.
