Calumet High School is ranked among the country’s best high schools, according to a national report.
U.S. News and World Report, in collaboration with Standard and Poor’s School Evaluation Services, released the 2011 list of America’s Best High Schools and Calumet was included in the 1,750 to receive the honor.
Also, C-L-K Schools are ranked Number Five in the nation as one of the “Most Connected Classrooms”.
The National Most Connected Classroom rankings measure the use of modern technology and the sophistication of a school’s online infrastructure, as well as the access that students, faculty, and parents have to them.
Board President Karen Johnson said it’s a real honor to be ranked so high at the national level, but it shows the commitment C-L-K Schools has for its students.
