A Hancock man is free on bond tonight but will be back in court in two weeks on a drug charge.
23-year-old Austin Patton was arraigned today in 97th District Court in Houghton.
He’s charged with one count of marijuana possession.
Hancock Police say they found marijuana, growing supplies and a large amount of what they believe to be psychedelic mushrooms.
No charges have been filed yet in regard to the other substances — authorities are waiting for tests to identify them.
The drug bust took place at a house on the corner of North Lincoln Drive and Scott Street.
Patton pleaded not guilty and posted $500 bond.
He’ll be back in court for a pre–trial conference on October 14th.
