Marquette Township Emergency Drill
If you drive down County Road 492 or on US–41 near the Marquette Township Hall tomorrow, you may see a lot of emergency vehicles in the area.
Area law enforcement, fire crews, EMS crews and other emergency response groups will be taking part in a drill.
Marquette Township manager Randy Girard says it’s a test of the various groups’ ability to respond should there be an emergency situation at Lost Creek.
The drill will begin around 8 tomorrow morning.
Township officials ask that you avoid routes near Lost Creek or the township hall if you can.
The drill is expected to last until 12:30pm.
