Ironwood Twp. Home Invasion
An investigation continues tonight into a home invasion in Ironwood Township this morning.
Shortly before 2am Central time, State Police from the Wakefield Post received a call from an elderly couple who woke up after hearing noises in their home.
The subject broke the door and entered the home but fled immediately upon entering.
A State Police K–9 unit from the Negaunee Post assisted at the scene.
The subject is still unknown at this time.
