Elections are in full swing across Michigan today.

Only seven counties in the U.P. have ballot issues.

Most polls have seen very light turnout for the summer voting.

In Marquette County’s Negaunee Township, residents are voting on a community center millage.

Republic Township supervisor Gary Johnson has a recall petition out against him.

Other counties that have ballot issues include Alger, Baraga, Chippewa, Delta, Iron, and Menominee Counties.

The issues range from library and transportation millages to city commission seats

We will have updates on the election this evening.
