Secretary of State Offices Open Extended Hours
The 131 statewide branches of the Secretary of State offices will be open extended hours today and Monday, May 23.
The operational change is being made to help reduce the backlog of business created by computer problems the SOS experienced earlier this week.
Fees will be waived for any late registrations or renewals resulting from the computer shutdown.
Office hours for Upper Michigan Secretary of State offices Friday, May 20, and Monday, May 23, will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
