Former Tech Hockey Player Named to Team USA

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today (April 15) that former Michigan Tech hockey player Clay Wilson has been named to the 2011 U.S. Men’s National Team that will compete at the International Ice Hockey Federation World Men’s Championship. The tournament will take place April 29-May 15, in Kosice and Bratislava, Slovakia.

Wilson, who is currently playing for the Florida Panthers, will be making his debut for Team USA. He tallied 57 points (17 goals, 40 assists) in 148 games played for the Huskies.
