MI Gas Prices Rise Again

Getting to work is costing a lot more now than it did even a few weeks ago.

AAA Michigan reports the current statewide average for regular gas is up 15 cents from last week to $3.75 a gallon.

And, that’s 91 cents more than what we were paying a year ago.

The lowest gas prices in the state are in Benton Harbor, where gas is $3.71 for regular self–serve fuel.

The highest gas prices are in the Lansing/East Lansing area, where gas is $3.79.

By the way, many gas stations in the Marquette County area are now selling gas at $3.84 a gallon.

Dearborn-based AAA Michigan surveys 2,800 gas stations in the state every day.
