Winter Weather Advisory & Storm Watch
Thanksgiving travel will be tricky on the roads tonight.
The National Weather Service has a winter weather advisory for much of the western U.P.
It’s for Houghton, Keweenaw, Ontonagon and Gogebic counties.
The weather advisory is in effect until 7 tomorrow morning.
Then there’s a winter storm watch for those areas from tomorrow night until late Friday night.
The winter weather advisory is also for Baraga, Marquette, Dickinson and Iron counties until 7 tomorrow morning.
Several inches of snow are expected.
