Mqt. Twp. US-41 Work Moving Along
The reconstruction of US-41 in Marquette Township has just completed another big piece.
The new traffic lights at the intersection of US–41 and Commerce Drive are now in place.
MDOT says the lights will stay in flashing mode for the first two weeks.
They’ll show a flashing yellow caution light for traffic on 41 and a flashing red light to get traffic on Commerce Drive to stop.
After the two weeks, the signals will be fully operational with green, yellow and red signals.
When that happens, the traffic light at the Westwood Mall’s entrance will be shut off and removed.
