County-Wide Issues
Other issues before voters tomorrow — school board, township, municipal and county board seats, just to name a few.
And several U.P. counties have county-wide issues.
In Marquette County, the one countywide general election ballot proposal is for a special education millage.
This would generate about $579,000 for MARESA.
In Houghton County, all voters will decide a justice facility center bond proposal.
In Baraga County, there’s a renewal proposal for senior citizens assistance.
In Delta County, voters will choose two board members for Bay College.
Gogebic County has a medical care facility and site improvement renewal proposal.
