Houghton County Jail Escapee Captured
Police in Houghton County have nabbed the inmate who escaped from the county jail yesterday afternoon.
23–year–old Keith Harri of Calumet was taken into custody around 4 this afternoon in Calumet Village.
Local police officers spotted him walking down a street.
They re–captured him after a short foot chase.
Harri escaped shortly after 1pm yesterday.
He was in jail for violating his parole on a burglary sentence.
Harri is also charged with breaking and entering, and receiving and concealing stolen property.
