The John Stamos extortion case is headed to trial.
Scott Sippola and Allison Coss of Marquette will stand trial next month.
Sippola and Coss were in federal court today for two hearings in the case.
A final pretrial conference is set for July 1st, and the jury trial is scheduled for July 12th in Marquette.
It’s expected to last three days.
Sippola and Coss were arrested in December on charges that they threatened to sell photos of Stamos to the media unless he paid them $680,000.
A spokesman for Stamos has said there was nothing embarrassing about the photos.
