UGN News Program Note
This is UGN News Director Mike Hoey with a program note for you.
In an effort to allow as much of our station staff as possible to celebrate New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, we are not going to have our regular newscasts on the air tomorrow, New Year’s Eve, or Friday, New Year’s Day.
You will still be able to see us, though. We’ve prepared for you over the last week or so a 2-part Year in Review special, looking back at some of 2009’s most memorable stories from around the Upper Peninsula. Part 1 will air tomorrow night in place of the UGN Evening News at 5:30.
We’ll have Part 2 for you at 10 and 11, as well as in place of all 3 shows on New Year’s night. We will not have the UGN Morning News on these 2 days, and we’ll be back to a regular schedule on Monday.
