Storm Brings Business to Hardware Stores
For those of you who were able to make it into work today, chances are you spent much of the morning shoveling or snowblowing.
That meant there was a rush into hardware stores early today to pick up some of the winter essentials.
Shovels, tow lines, sandbags and salt were being snapped up quickly — anything to help your car or truck get out of the driveway.
Staff at Ace Hardware in Ishpeming weren’t selling much else today besides winter storm gear.
They also suggest you keep road flares, blankets and a small shovel in your car in case you get stuck in a ditch or snowbank the next few months.
